Job Description

Job Title:

Location: Hyderabad (Onsite)

Overview:

Sr. Workday HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for Workday system administration and configuration.
Manage Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruiting, and Security.
Perform system maintenance, updates, testing, and troubleshooting for Workday releases and enhancements.
Support integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems.
Partner with global HR, Payroll, and IT teams to deliver system improvements and resolve issues.
Create and maintain documentation, reports, dashboards, and user guides.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and audit standards.

Required Qualifications:

5–8 years
of hands-on experience as a Workday Administrator or Analyst.
Strong expertise in
Workday configuration
,
business process management
, and
security administration
.
Experience with
Workday Reporting (Advanced, Matrix, Composite)
.
Familiarity with
Workday integrations
and data management (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio preferred).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HR, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience supporting global or multi-country Workday tenants.
Workday certifications in HCM or Integration a plus.
