About the Role:

US IT Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  end-to-end US IT recruitment process

  , from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates through job portals (Dice, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals.
• Evaluate technical skills, communication, and overall fit of candidates for client requirements.
• Work with

  W2, and 1099 tax terms

  and have strong knowledge of

  US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.)

  .
• Negotiate pay rates, prepare submissions, and coordinate interviews with clients/vendors.
• Build and maintain a

  strong candidate pipeline

  for critical and niche skills.
• Track daily/weekly submissions and maintain recruitment reports.
• Develop strong relationships with consultants, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven US IT recruiting experience

  .
• Hands-on experience with sourcing portals such as

  Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.

• Strong knowledge of

  US tax terms and visa classifications

  .
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, target-driven environment

  .
• Experience with

  Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  is a plus.
