Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled WordPress Developer & SEO Specialist to build, customize, and optimize our digital presence. This dual-role demands advanced technical proficiency in WordPress development (well beyond admin-level tasks), strong expertise in HTML and CSS for styling, basic PHP coding, and a solid understanding of SEO best practices.As a key member of the Marketing Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performing, visually appealing, and SEO-optimized websites. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role managing the entire website technology stack. You will implement advanced functionality without over-reliance on plugins and ensure seamless site performance and search visibility.Your work will directly support InspireXTs growth strategy by delivering an exceptional user experience and a strong online presence. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure technical excellence and alignment with brand goals.This role is ideal for someone who values clean, efficient code, enjoys solving complex technical challenges, and is passionate about optimizing websites for performance, design, and visibility.

Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a driven and technically proficient individual with expertise in the following areas :
- WordPress Development : Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. While using plugins is acceptable, we need someone who can implement custom solutions where required.
- Coding Skills : Apply CSS/HTML for advanced styling and layout adjustments; use PHP for customization, hooks, and minor backend functionality.
- SEO Optimization : Implement on-page SEO best practices, optimize site structure, meta tags, and improve page speed for better rankings.
- Performance & Security : Ensure websites are fast, secure, responsive, and optimized for all platforms.
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance : Diagnose and resolve technical issues, bugs, and compatibility problems.
- Collaboration : Work with marketing and design teams for visual improvements, content alignment, and to contribute to User Experience (UX) improvements.
- Continuous Improvement : Suggest and implement enhancements to improve user experience, SEO performance, and overall site :
- 5- 7 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development (including custom functions, templates, and advanced features).
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS and PHP for customization and complex functionality.
- Proven experience in SEO optimization for websites, specifically delivering improvements in organic search rankings.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean design and content presentation.
- Experience managing hosting environments, deployments, and basic troubleshooting.
