Role Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with 2 – 4 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into Salesforce solutions that drive value and user satisfaction.

Job Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for Salesforce solutions
Translate business needs into clear, concise user stories and process flows for Salesforce development teams
Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders across departments
Support configuration tasks, UAT planning, and end-user testing for Salesforce deployments
Maintain detailed documentation including business process mapping, user manuals, and functional specifications
Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and Architects to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Monitor post-implementation performance and assist in user adoption and training initiatives
