Role Overview: You will be responsible for gathering, documenting, and analyzing business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. Working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translating them into functional requirements will be essential. Creation of user stories, process flows, and wireframes to support solution design is required. Collaboration with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams is crucial for delivering quality solutions. Additionally, conducting gap analysis and recommending system improvements will be part of your responsibilities. Facilitating UAT and end-user training sessions, as well as supporting post-implementation troubleshooting and enhancements, are also key tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for Salesforce Service Cloud implementations. - Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements. - Create user stories, process flows, and wireframes to support solution design. - Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and QA teams to deliver quality solutions. - Conduct gap analysis and recommend system improvements. - Facilitate UAT and end-user training sessions. - Support post-implementation troubleshooting and enhancements. Qualifications Required: - At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 1 year specifically on Salesforce Service Cloud. - Good understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Service Cloud functionalities such as Cases, Knowledge, Omnichannel, and CTI. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Details: This is a full-time position with the possibility of being contractual/temporary or freelance, with a contract length of 12 months.
