Support functional testing, UAT, and data validation during project implementations. Create and maintain process documentation, training materials, and user guides. Facilitate user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure adoption and issue resolution. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
