Salesforce Automation QA-Sales Cloud-AccelQ

As a Sales Cloud Sr QA with automation, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Salesforce and SAP platforms using manual and automated testing techniques. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing, with a strong preference for using AccelQ on Salesforce and SAP platforms. - Expertise in Salesforce, particularly within the Sales Cloud module. - Proficiency in writing complex SOQL and SQL queries for data validation and backend testing. - Good understanding of Case management, Case assignment, and Escalation rule. - Designing and developing robust, reusable automated test scripts for Salesforce environments using any automation tool. - Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security Model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, OWD Settings, and Sharing Rules. - Skilled at early issue detection by understanding backend configurations, process flows, and validation rules. - Excellent communication and team collaboration skills are required. - Experience working in agile projects and using Jira or any other ALM tools for SDLC. You should have at least 6+ years of relevant experience and possess the necessary qualifications to excel in this role.,
