About the Role

HR Manager

This role is critical in shaping a positive workplace environment while aligning HR practices with the company’s goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring process including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.


  • Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Build programs to promote employee satisfaction, retention, and professional growth.
  • Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work culture.


  • Performance Management & Development

  • Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
  • Drive training, learning, and development initiatives for employees.


  • Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure HR policies are compliant with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.


  • Culture & Organizational Development

  • Champion company culture, values, and team collaboration.
  • Support leadership in organizational design and change management.


  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll, salary structuring, and benefits administration.
  • Benchmark compensation against industry standards for competitiveness.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • 2+ years of proven experience

    as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, or similar role.
  • Experience in

    IT/Software or startup environment

    .
  • Knowledge of

    HRMS tools (Zoho People, Keka, GreytHR, etc.)

    .
  • Exposure to

    talent branding and employer branding strategies

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance

    .
  • Experience in

    recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management

    .
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
