MERN Full Stack Developer

You are a MERN Full Stack Developer responsible for developing dynamic web applications for a large user base. Your main responsibilities include developing full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, designing and optimizing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and collaborating with UI/UX designers to create interactive applications. You will also focus on building reusable and efficient front-end and back-end components, driving performance improvements, and writing clean and maintainable code with a focus on scalability. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies, implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, and monitor and troubleshoot production systems. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack, strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, React, and Node.js, along with experience in MongoDB, API design, security best practices, and data validation. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure is required, as well as knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation tools. Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and front-end performance optimization is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and attention to detail are essential for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work.,
