Full Stack Developer

You are seeking a talented MERN Full Stack Developer who excels in both creativity and attention to detail, and enjoys the challenge of developing dynamic applications for a large user base. As a MERN Full Stack Developer, your main responsibilities will include developing full-stack web applications utilizing the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). You will be tasked with designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs, working closely with UI/UX designers to transform creative designs into interactive and high-performing applications. It will be essential to build reusable, testable, and efficient front-end and back-end components, driving performance improvements and scalability throughout the application architecture. Additionally, you will be expected to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on performance and scalability, while engaging in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies. Implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows, as well as monitoring, troubleshooting, and debugging production systems, will also be part of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with the MERN stack in a production environment. Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, React (Hooks, Context, Redux), and Node.js is essential. Experience with MongoDB, including schema design and data modeling for optimal performance, is required. A deep understanding of API design, security best practices, and data validation is crucial. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is advantageous. Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation tools (e.g., Jest, Mocha), as well as experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and horizontal scaling, will be beneficial. A strong grasp of product design, UX, and front-end performance optimization is desired. Excellent problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and meticulous attention to detail are key attributes for success in this role.
