MERN Full Stack Developer

Role Overview: You will be a MERN Full Stack Developer responsible for developing dynamic web applications for a large user base. Your main responsibilities will include developing full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Additionally, you will be designing and optimizing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, collaborating with UI/UX designers to create interactive applications, and focusing on building reusable and efficient front-end and back-end components. Your role will involve driving performance improvements and writing clean and maintainable code with a focus on scalability. Key Responsibilities: - Develop full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js - Design and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs - Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create interactive applications - Build reusable and efficient front-end and back-end components - Drive performance improvements - Write clean and maintainable code with a focus on scalability - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies - Implement CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows - Monitor and troubleshoot production systems Qualifications Required: - At least 1+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack - Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, React, and Node.js - Experience in MongoDB, API design, security best practices, and data validation - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure - Knowledge of unit testing, integration testing, and test automation tools - Experience with performance tuning, caching strategies, and front-end performance optimization is a plus - Strong problem-solving skills, team collaboration, and attention to detail Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work.,
