Key Responsibilities

Laravel Website Development

• Design, develop and maintain custom web applications using Laravel
• Build scalable backend systems using MVC architecture and RESTful services
• Develop secure authentication, authorization and role-based access systems
• Handle database design, migrations, optimization and indexing (MySQL)
• Optimize application performance, caching, and server configurations
• Ensure security best practices (input validation, CSRF protection, data encryption)
• Integrating third-party APIs and Tools
• Develop and consume REST APIs
• Handle OAuth, API tokens, webhooks and error handling
• Knowledge of server environments (Apache/Nginx)

Frontend & Web Standards

• Implement responsive UI using HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
• Work closely with designers to translate UI/UX designs into functional interfaces
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Optimize website load speed and Core Web Vitals

On-Page SEO

• Perform keyword research and content mapping
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal linking
• Implement SEO-friendly URL structures and breadcrumb navigation
• Optimize images (alt tags, compression, lazy loading)
• Implement schema markup (JSON-LD) for rich results
• Ensure proper content hierarchy and keyword placement

Technical SEO

• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement fixes
• Optimize website speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness
• Optimization as per Ahrefs / SEMrush / Moz / Screaming Frog SEO Spider / PageSpeed Insights / GTmetrix
• Implement canonical tags, robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and hreflang (if required)
• Fix crawl errors, indexation issues, and duplicate content problems
• Ensure HTTPS, security headers, and clean redirection logic
• Optimize Laravel applications for SEO scalability

Off-Page SEO

• Plan and execute ethical

  link-building strategies

• Manage directory submissions, citations, and profile creation
• Outreach for guest posts and brand mentions
• Monitor backlink profile, anchor text distribution, and toxicity
• Support local SEO activities

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

• Manage and optimize social media profiles for brand visibility and engagement
• Create and execute SMO strategies aligned with marketing goals
• Track performance metrics and improve reach and engagement organically

Paid Advertising (PPC)

• Plan, execute and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Perform audience targeting, keyword planning ad copy optimization and A/B testing
• Monitor budgets, ROI, conversions and campaign performance
• Experience integrating ad tracking pixels and conversion APIs

Analytics, Tracking & Performance Monitoring

• Configure and manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, etc.
• Set up conversion tracking, events and goal measurement
• Analyze organic traffic, rankings, user behavior and conversions
• Prepare SEO and performance reports with actionable insights

Team Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead and coordinate work across:

• Graphic Designers

  (UI/UX, creatives, visual assets)

• Content Writers

  (SEO content, blogs, landing pages)

• SEO Executives

  (on-page, off-page, technical tasks)

• PPC Professionals

  (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Define workflows, timelines and task priorities for projects
• Review and approve designs, content, SEO implementation and ad integrations
• Ensure alignment between

  development, SEO and paid marketing teams

• Act as a technical and SEO point of contact for internal teams and stakeholders

Qualifications

• B.Tech (CS) / MCA (preferred)
• Relevant Experience in Laravel, HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript/jQuery and Digital Marketing
• Proven track record of ranking websites and delivering production-grade Laravel projects

• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
