The Role

Owner of Website Editorial Quality and Publishing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the website's content editorial calendar and publishing schedule for all content, including blogs, static pages, and downloadable assets.
• Utilize the HubSpot CMS to upload, format, edit, and publish content, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Ensure all published content adheres strictly to the OnceHub brand voice, style guide, and is consistently accurate and error-free.
• Conduct regular content audits to identify and refresh outdated, redundant, or unoptimized website content.
• Execute all on-page SEO optimizations for content, including writing compelling title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text, and managing the internal linking structure.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team and technical owner to translate high-level organic strategy into flawlessly executed content updates.
• Ensure all content is optimized for responsive and adaptive design and general web mobile optimization.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure content is published within the technical framework and that all relevant tracking codes (GA4) are functioning correctly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or bugs related to content display and HubSpot implementation.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., traffic, engagement) using web analytics (GA4) and provide performance feedback to the marketing and growth teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a content editor, publisher, or content coordinator in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Expert-level writing and editing skills in English with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Direct and demonstrable proficiency in using the HubSpot CMS for publishing and site maintenance.
• Deep practical experience with on-page SEO implementation and optimization.
• Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS) to troubleshoot content display issues within the CMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and a continuous learning mindset.
