Role Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations for our manufacturing division based in Noida. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for effective management of warehouse operations, including stock and inventory control, coordination of material flow, and ensuring optimal space utilization. The Warehouse Manager will develop and implement operational strategies, manage shipping and receiving activities, and ensure compliance with safety regulations to maintain smooth functionality of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse stock records and ensure physical stock matches system stock at all times.
• Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly stock maintenance reports.
• Handle stock inward and outward entries in the inventory/ERP system.
• Barcoding & Inventory Intake
• Perform barcoding, tagging, and system entry of all new inventory received.
• Ensure proper GRN (Goods Receipt Note) creation and documentation for new stock intake.
• Coordinate with production and QC teams for accurate inventory intake.
• Track consignment orders from dispatch to delivery.
• Maintain records of stock issued against consignment and monitor pending returns.
• Coordinate with logistics partners for timely movement of goods.
• Store Trial & Return Management
• Manage stock sent to stores for trials, exhibitions, or photoshoots.
• Track stock returns, damages, shortages, and ensure timely system updates.
• Reconcile store trial stock with warehouse inventory.
• Stock Aging & Analysis
• Generate and analyze stock aging reports to identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
• Share insights with management for liquidation, EOSS, or replenishment planning.
• Maintain accurate stock during EOSS (End of Season Sale) and other sales periods.
• Ensure real-time stock updates for discounted or promotional inventory.
• Coordinate with sales and retail teams for correct stock allocation.
• Credit Note & ERP Handling
• Issue credit notes in inventory/ERP software for returns, cancellations, or adjustments.
• Ensure all stock corrections are properly documented and authorized.
• Support audits by maintaining accurate inventory trails.
