Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fashion Customer Care professional located in Noida. The Fashion Customer Care professional will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The role also includes analyzing customer feedback to improve service delivery and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the fashion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Fashion, or a related field
