Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Jr. Accountant cum Payroll at Torani India, based in Noida. The Jr. Accountant cum Payroll will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, and maintaining financial records. The role also involves processing payroll, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and assisting in month-end and year-end close processes.


Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Department: Finance & Accounts

Reporting To: Senior Accountant & Chief of Staff


Key Responsibilities:


Accounting:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally or other ERP software.

Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts.

Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and ledgers.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and MIS.

Ensure timely GST entries, filing support, and TDS calculation.

Coordinate with internal teams for billing, vendor payments, and expense approvals.



Payroll:


Manage attendance records and leave tracking in coordination with HR/Admin.

Calculate monthly salaries, incentives, bonuses, and deductions.

Prepare payroll sheets and ensure timely salary disbursal.

Maintain employee payroll records and salary slips.

Assist in ESI, PF filings, and other statutory compliances.

Handle full and final settlements for resigned employees.


Qualifications & Skills:


B.Com or M.Com with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and payroll software.

Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Good communication and coordination ability.
