- Manage end-to-end vendor payments process in SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process invoices, handle payment runs, and reconcile vendor accounts.
- Monitor open items, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Perform vendor reconciliations and support month-end closing activities.
- Track and report on payment performance, cash outflows, and administrative expenses.
- Partner with stakeholders (vendors, procurement, internal teams) to resolve payment issues.
- Drive process improvements and support automation initiatives to optimize P2P efficiency.
Requirements
