Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress & Hostess to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage tables, take orders, and serve food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations and point-of-sale systems.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
