Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Rooms Controller to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a background in hotel management.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and supervise the front office team to ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with other departments to maintain seamless operations and high standards of service.
Implement and maintain effective communication systems to enhance team performance.
Analyze and resolve guest complaints professionally and courteously.
Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records and reports of front office activities.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with hotel management software and systems, including booking and reservation systems.
