Role Overview: As the Vice President of Product, Platform Solutions at Alkami, you will be responsible for overseeing the Core Platform that houses all the market-leading solutions. This Core Platform is a cutting-edge Banking-As-A-Service multi-tenant multi-product middleware that enhances competitiveness through various platform capabilities. Your role will involve managing aspects such as Extensibility, Messaging, Connectors, and channel platforms, with a focus on turning internal capabilities into market-facing Platform-As-A-Service solutions. Additionally, you will serve as the co-country head of the Product team in India and play a vital role in building an integrated global operating model and talent management system. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the Platform and Partnerships function including API dev platform, SDK toolkit, events and notifications, data capabilities, self-config portal, and connectors - Lead the Product team in India, drive talent acquisition, and build an integrated global operating model and Alkami culture - Design and execute the Product Strategy, including target market analysis, competitive landscape analysis, and strategic business case creation - Manage the Product and Technology Operating Model, including roles and responsibilities, org structure, portfolio management, and budgeting - Work closely with the Technology team on software development and release, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market execution - Engage with Financial Institution clients to gather feedback and inform the Product Roadmap - Collaborate with other Product leaders to integrate their solutions into the Platform - Manage partners contributing to Alkami's solutions - Collaborate on corporate development strategy for acquiring necessary capabilities - Attract, retain, coach, develop, inspire, and motivate a high-performing team of product managers and leaders Qualifications: - 15+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 10+ years in senior leadership roles - 5+ years of experience in running or as a senior member of a GCC team in India - Proficiency in Agile operating models, Design Thinking, and B2B financial services market - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related disciplines preferred - Experience in organizational transformation, growth, and scale - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to manage high-growth products and teams effectively Desired Skills: - Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong organizational and project management skills - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure - Proficiency with technology tools and platforms for project management - Strong analytical skills and budget management experience - Passion for solving complex problems and building scalable processes - Ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to changing environments - Track record of handling confidential information with sensitivity - Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with stakeholders - Detail-oriented, results-driven, and self-motivated - Strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills (Note: No additional details of the company were present in the job description),
