Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive pre\-sales customer relationship strategies to maximize lead conversion and enhance prospect engagement across all real estate projects.
  • Execute systematic lead qualification and nurturing processes to convert inquiries into genuine prospects and ultimately into confirmed bookings.
  • Oversee prospect journey mapping from initial contact through site visits, negotiations, and booking confirmation to ensure optimal conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and lead generation strategies that attract qualified prospects to various projects.
  • Establish and maintain pre\-sales service standards and response protocols to ensure consistent and professional prospect engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze lead sources, conversion rates, and prospect behavior to optimize pre\-sales strategies and improve pipeline performance.
  • Develop and execute prospect engagement programs including follow\-up sequences, personalized communications, and relationship building activities.
  • Manage prospect database and ensure accurate maintenance of lead information, preferences, source tracking, and interaction history.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects and provide comprehensive prospect briefings for effective closure.
  • Implement prospect communication strategies including project presentations, pricing discussions, payment plan explanations, and documentation guidance.
  • Establish lead scoring and prioritization systems to focus efforts on high\-potential prospects and optimize resource allocation.
  • Conduct regular prospect feedback collection and analysis to understand market preferences and improve project positioning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential investors, NRIs, and high\-value prospects requiring specialized pre\-sales approach.
  • Coordinate prospect events, site visits, model flat showcases, and project launches to generate interest and drive conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pre\-sales activities, advertising standards, and prospect data management.
  • Execute channel partner coordination for lead management, ensuring proper lead distribution and tracking across different partner categories.
  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of project presentations, brochures, price lists, and technical specifications to prospects.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust pre\-sales strategies and maintain competitive positioning.
