Key Responsibilities:

Increase conversions through coordinated display of merchandise.
Receive and comprehend briefs for all private label brands and related non-apparel modules for seasonal merchandising planograms.
Identify 'Must-haves' and current trends in merchandise.
Design and incorporate key visual elements, including styling of bust forms, mannequins, table displays, fixtures, and wall merchandising.
Implement and maintain standards of merchandise presentation for all Kids wear categories – private label and new license brands.
Coordinate and liaise with designers, VM Store Ops, and mock shop managers on specific plans for each cluster of stores.
Prepare standard fixture modules, plan and calculate stock capacities for each module to determine display capacities.
Innovate and adapt merchandising presentation plans based on module assortments.
Visit competitor stores and blogs to gather insights on improving merchandise display, wardrobe looks, folding techniques, layering, mannequin display, and display density.
Develop and maintain a knowledge base on merchandising best practices.
