Role Overview

Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Design

  high-impact static posts, carousels, and motion graphics

  for digital platforms.
• Develop compelling

  brand identities, logos, and visual guides

  across sectors.
• Create clean, user-friendly

  UI designs

  for websites and mobile applications.
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across platforms and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams (content, social media, motion design) for seamless campaign execution.
• Be adaptable and open to working on a range of design tasks — from static images and motion reels to branding and interface design.
• Proactively manage design feedback and iterate quickly.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and platforms, ensuring Digenie delivers cutting-edge digital design.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (

  Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects

  ), Figma, and other relevant design tools.
• Sound knowledge of

  UI/UX design principles

  , layout, and best practices.
• Understanding of design for both static and motion platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, mobile apps).
• Strong sense of

  color theory, typography, composition

  , and branding.
• Ability to

  manage multiple projects

  and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and collaborative mindset.
• A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Interaction Design, or related fields is preferred (but not mandatory).
