Job Description

Virtual Relationship Manager Retail Banking

IDFC First Bank | Hiranandani Business Park, Thane (Mumbai)

Virtual Relationship Managers

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage and deepen customer relationships via regular calls/video meetings.
Drive CASA growth (Current & Savings Accounts) and acquire new clients.
Cross-sell banking products (credit cards, loans, insurance, SIPs, investments).
Promote digital banking adoption (Mobile/Net Banking, Optimus App).
Handle customer queries/complaints as per NPS service standards.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth asset & trade transactions.
Achieve daily calling target of 200 calls and monthly sales scorecard goals.
Onboard eligible customers to the Relationship Banking (RB) program.

Customer-focused, sales-driven, tech-savvy
Maximum Age: 28 years

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: 3.6 LPA – 7.5 LPA (as per market standards & experience)
