Vice President

Purpose of the Role

Provide data-driven, expert oversight to ensure the organisation operates in full compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical obligations, through rigorous risk assessment, investigation, and effective challenge.

Key Accountabilities

• Identify, assess, and review compliance risks across business activities, processes, systems, and change initiatives.
• Detect and investigate potential market abuse, including Insider Dealing, Unlawful Disclosure, Market Manipulation, and Anti-Competitive Conduct.
• Lead investigations of compliance breaches, ensuring strong corrective and preventive actions.
• Implement and embed compliance policies aligned to regulatory and jurisdictional requirements.
• Collaborate with 1LOD, Legal, and Risk teams to strengthen the overall compliance and risk framework.
• Oversee identification and investigation of money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crime risks.
