Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Planning

• • Develop a comprehensive marketing & sales strategy tailored to automotive foundry customers (e.g. OEMs, Tier‑1 & Tier‑2).
• • Set sales targets, pricing models, and forecasts aligned with market demand and capacity.

• Business Development & OEM Engagement

• • Build & maintain relationships with OEM procurement, engineering & supply teams.
• • Generate and respond to RFQs, negotiate contracts, and close deals in aluminium, die‑casting or steel casting products
• • Capture new business opportunities in both domestic and export markets.

• Technical & Market Insight

• • Leverage technical knowledge in foundry processes (sand casting, die‑casting, GDC/LPDC) and metallurgy to influence client decisions
• • Track industry trends, competition, pricing, and market forecasts.

• Team Leadership & Operations

• • Lead and mentor sales, marketing & customer service teams; implement performance metrics (KPIs) and MIS tracking
• • Guide account managers and engineers in delivering client proposals and technical-commercial offers.

• Client Relationship & Delivery

• • Ensure customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and timely delivery aligned with quality standards.
• • Engage across functional teams (quality, R&D, production) for seamless order lifecycle.

• P&L & Budget Management

• • Manage P&L responsibility, monitor margins, and optimize revenue growth.
• • Design incentive and sales compensation aligned with company objectives.
