Job Description

You will be joining Magnum Insurance Broking Private Limited, a leading name in the Indian insurance market with an IRDA license. The company offers a diverse range of general and life insurance products, focusing on customer service and comprehensive solutions. As the Vice President of Direct Sales, your role will involve leading the direct sales division to drive business growth by acquiring and managing corporate clients, with a focus on non-motor and corporate insurance solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading and overseeing the direct sales team to achieve business targets and expand the client base. - Identifying, approaching, and converting corporate clients, including CFOs, directors, and key managerial personnel. - Developing and executing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and strengthen existing relationships. - Conducting regular corporate visits to build rapport, understand client requirements, and promote insurance products. - Presenting and explaining complex insurance solutions clearly and persuasively to senior decision-makers. - Negotiating policies and terms confidently to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of non-motor and corporate insurance products, market trends, and competitors. - Monitoring sales performance, preparing reports, and analyzing metrics to improve effectiveness. - Collaborating with marketing and other internal teams to develop promotional strategies. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Proven experience in corporate insurance sales, preferably in a leadership role. - In-depth knowledge of non-motor and corporate insurance products. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities. - Confident personality with a professional demeanor. - Ability to work independently, travel daily to client locations, and meet deadlines. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field; a relevant professional certification is a plus.
