About Adwyn Adwyn Chemicals is a leading provider of advanced water and wastewater treatment components and engineered solutions. We are expanding our portfolio with a new line of wastewater products and seeking an experienced sales leader to drive this vertical. Role Overview The Vice President – Sales & Markketing will lead project-oriented sales for Adwyn’s wastewater products. The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong techno-commercial understanding, and proven success in selling through OEM and Direct-to-Customer (D2C) channels. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute sales strategy for wastewater solutions. · Drive revenue targets and identify new business opportunities. · Build strong relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and system integrators. · Expand D2C industrial and commercial customer base. · Lead end-to-end project sales cycles from lead generation to closure. · Manage key accounts to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. · Build and lead a high-performance sales team. · Implement forecasting, reporting frameworks, and structured sales processes. · Track competitor strategies, pricing, and market trends. · Provide insights for product development and improvement. Required Qualifications & Experience · 15–18 years of experience in water/wastewater treatment sales. · Proven success in project sales with OEMs, EPCs, and industrial end-users. · Knowledge of wastewater technologies (MBR, UF, RO, ZLD, ETP/STP). · Experience managing regional or national sales teams. · Engineering degree preferred; MBA is an advantage.
