Experience: 5–12 years (SaaS / Digital Sales, US clients preferred)

Location: Noida

Shift: Full-Time, Night Shift (US Market)

Compensation: ₹20–30 LPA

VP of Sales


Key Responsibilities


Leadership & Strategy

  • Own the sales strategy and revenue targets for US, UK markets.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team.
  • Define GTM plans, quotas, ICP, and sales frameworks.
  • Create accurate forecasts and performance dashboards.


Sales Execution

  • Lead mid-market and enterprise SaaS sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Drive demos, negotiations, client relationships, and closures.
  • Expand business with US-based clients and uncover new market opportunities.
  • Strengthen partnerships and long-term revenue channels.


Process & Performance


  • Establish robust pipeline management and conversion processes.
  • Implement and optimize CRM systems and sales automation tools.
  • Monitor key metrics to ensure revenue targets are consistently met.
  • Work closely with Product, Ops, and Marketing to enhance funnel efficiency.


Required Qualifications


  • 4–10 years of experience in SaaS or digital sales roles.
  • Proven success selling to US clients and managing full sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive revenue outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics, GTM motions, and B2B sales processes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift aligned to US time zones.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
