Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Vice President – Sales to lead our revenue strategy, expand market presence, and manage a high-performing on-site sales team. The role requires strategic thinking, executive client engagement, and operational leadership to drive business growth in alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement enterprise sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the on-site sales team, fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and delivery teams for solution-oriented selling.
  • Monitor pipeline, track sales performance, and provide accurate forecasts.
  • Drive partner/channel development and strategic alliances.
  • Optimize sales processes and implement best practices for operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 8+ years of senior sales leadership experience in IT, networking, cloud, or system integration.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing enterprise accounts.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud services, managed services, and cybersecurity.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales analytics.
