Job Description

Role Overview: As a VP (Vice President) of Sales at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving direct sales growth, leading a team of real estate professionals, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the successful closing of luxury property transactions. Your expertise in direct sales and understanding of the luxury real estate market will be instrumental in achieving company goals. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of Sales Managers/ Senior Sales Managers to meet and exceed sales targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to achieve company goals. - Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members for continuous growth and success. - Oversee and support agents in negotiating and closing high-value real estate deals. - Stay informed about trends, pricing, and new developments in the luxury real estate market. - Analyse the competitive landscape and develop pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market share. - Track, report, and analyse sales performance regularly to identify areas for improvement. - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans in alignment with business objectives. - Collaborate with marketing, operations, and senior leadership teams to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. - Attend high-profile events, property showcases, and networking functions to expand the client base. - Cultivate a network of industry professionals and build relationships with key players in the luxury market. Qualifications: - Proven experience in luxury real estate sales, with at least 15+ years in a leadership or senior sales role. - Strong track record of successfully closing high-value deals in luxury real estate. - In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market, including current trends and industry standards. - Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and investors. - Proficiency with real estate CRM systems and other sales management tools. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
