Job Description

Role Overview:

Elysion Softwares is seeking a visionary and data-driven Vice President of Marketing to lead

and scale our marketing operations across all verticals — from digital campaigns and brand

strategy to performance marketing and communication. The VP of Marketing will play a

pivotal role in defining the company’s growth trajectory, driving brand awareness, and leading

a cross-functional team to deliver measurable business results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and revenue targets.
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing team across digital, performance, content, PR, and design functions.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, Reddit, Twitter, SEO, SEM) ensuring maximum ROI and brand consistency.
  • Drive content and brand strategy across all major platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business development and sales objectives.
  • Oversee marketing analytics, reporting on performance, conversion metrics, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Establish strong brand partnerships and oversee public relations, influencer collaborations, and community engagement.
  • Innovate and optimize customer engagement journeys through automation, personalization, and data insights.


Required Skills & Technologies:

  • Video Editing Tools:

    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
  • Content Management:

    WordPress / Notion / HubSpot or equivalent platforms.
  • Performance Marketing:

    Basic understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and campaign analytics.
  • SEO:

    Knowledge of keyword research, on-page optimization, and analytics.
  • Social Media:

    In-depth understanding of all major platforms — their trends, algorithms, and content formats.
  • Public Relations:

    Familiarity with outreach, brand collaborations, and press coordination.


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in strategic brand building, performance marketing, and digital growth.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
