2. Qualification :

   CA or CFA (CFA institute, USA) or MBA (with excellent academic records, from premier business schools preferred)

7. Responsibilities :

8. Manage Investment Research (IR) practice, with P&L responsibility.
9. Identify growth opportunities through new products/services or market entry.
10. Provide leadership support to the delivery team, achieve quality and operational excellence.
11. Assist the business development team in winning new clients.
12. Establish the best practices in employee engagement and training.
13. Support marketing initiatives, write thought leadership papers, and represent the company on various media platforms.
14. Foster strong client relationships.
15. Lead team-building efforts and related activities.

Preferred Candidate:

1. 10+ years of experience in managing teams in investment research.
2. Experience in KPO industry, handling Private Equity/Investment Banking/Asset Management clients.
3. Relevant background in research within the BFSI industry also considered.
4. Strong knowledge of finance, macro and business drivers, and valuation methodologies
5. Proficient in building complex financial models and various valuation approaches such as DCF, SOTP, IRR (both Project and Equity), Transaction comparable, Weighted Average Valuation and Valuation Sensitivity, Deal evaluation, Information memorandum / Pitch book for investors etc.
6. Preferential experience in leading and growing delivery teams
7. Ideally, experience across multiple research domains, including equity and credit markets, investment banking, business strategies, and market assessment.
