Working Hours:US Timings - 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM Responsibilities: We are seeking a detail-oriented Client Registration Executive to proactively register our company as a preferred supplier/vendor across multiple industries, including Healthcare, Energy, Universities, Manufacturing, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences . The ideal candidate will research, identify, and complete vendor registration forms on company websites, portals, and procurement systems to expand our supplier network and generate new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Vendor Registration & Onboarding: Identify and target companies, government agencies, universities, and institutions requiring supplier registrations. Fill out and submit online vendor registration forms accurately and efficiently. Upload necessary documents (certifications, tax forms, company profiles, etc.). Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all submissions meet industry-specific compliance standards Track and renew registrations as needed. Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Contact procurement departments to confirm receipt and status of applications. Respond to queries and provide additional documentation if required. Reporting & Optimization: Maintain records of successful registrations and rejected applications for improvement. Suggest process improvements to increase approval rates.

Job Responsibilities Desk Job + Customer Visits (if required) : Primarily a desk-based role with occasional customer visits as needed. Customer Relationship Management : Manage existing customer RFQs (Requests for Quotation) and develop new customer relationships. Technical Communication : Effectively communicate client needs to the internal team and manage all technical aspects of RFQ/RFI (Request for Information) responses. Vendor Registration : Handle the companys vendor registration at customer/prospect locations. Quotation Preparation : Prepare costings and quotations and follow up on sales inquiries/proposals from customers. Sales Reporting : Prepare sales visit reports and maintain funnel status and sales forecasts on a weekly basis or as required by the immediate supervisor. CRM Management : Ensure all sales activities are recorded and updated in our CRM/Salesforce/Excel. Customer Meetings : Facilitate meetings with customers as and when required. Marketing Support : Support marketing activities in seminars, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events. Product Knowledge : Maintain a sound technical/application knowledge base on all products. Project Presentations : Deliver presentations of projects for the purpose of product sales. Prospect Identification : Identify potential clients and government tenders through research and networking. Prospect Outreach : Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media. Daily Communication : Communicate daily with management about sales and customer issues. Requirements and Skills Technical Background : B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering with an understanding and/or hands-on experience in mechanical products such as skids, pressure vessels, heat exchangers is a must. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer Relationship Skills : Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Attention to Detail : Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Technical Proficiency : Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, for the preparation of PPTs and costing. Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as required. Sales Experience : Previous sales experience preferred but not mandatory.
