The On-boarding Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for new hires. This role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that new employees feel welcomed and well-integrated into the organization.
Joining & Onboarding:-
Ensure new joinees are onboarded within defined TAT.
Verification of documents and coordination with area officers and client site.
Maintain onboarding tracker and ensure system entries are up to date.
Maintain physical and digital records of compliance.
Follow-ups with client HR/Admin for approvals (attendance, Reports).
Support in audits and MIS requests from client side.
Proper handover process and documentation for resigning employees.
Final settlement coordination with payroll team.
Prepare and share daily & Monthly reports to client as per requirement.
