As an on-field agent, your primary role will be to drive acquisitions based on a lead list. Your key responsibilities will include: - Onboarding outlets as per the shared lead list. - Ensuring a smooth transition of outlets from onboarding to account management. - Bringing escalations to the attention of city and central teams when necessary. - Onboarding EANO and NRO accounts provided by the City, Central, and VAM teams. - Handling onboarding escalations for your respective cities from Central/Website. - Ensuring that the restaurant subscribes to the proper starter pack (marketing) with a focus on hygiene.
