Key Responsibilities

Pre-Onboarding

• Manage all pre-onboarding formalities and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Coordinate timely documentation and act as the first point of contact for prospective hires.

Audit & Compliance

• Support NABH, statutory, and internal/external audit processes for HR.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records.

Onboarding Survey & Feedback

• Drive post-onboarding survey collection and analysis.
• Generate insights to improve employee onboarding and integration.

Mandatory Training & Induction

• Achieve 100% compliance on all mandatory training and induction programs (POSH, Fire Safety, Crisis Management, etc.) within defined timelines.
• Track, monitor, and report compliance adherence.

Engagement Activities

• Support the HR team in designing and executing employee engagement initiatives across Head Office and regional offices.
• Contribute to creating a positive and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s in HR preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in HR with a strong focus on onboarding, compliance, and engagement.
• Knowledge of statutory audits and HR compliance frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities within tight deadlines.
• Experience in healthcare/assisted care industry will be an added advantage.
