Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Onboarding Executive located in North East Khawdungsei. The Onboarding Executive will be responsible for managing new employee orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating onboarding schedules, preparing necessary documentation, conducting training sessions, assisting with HR-related inquiries, and maintaining employee records. The goal is to ensure new employees feel welcomed and equipped for their roles from day one.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to conduct training and onboarding sessions
• Experience with HR documentation and record-keeping
• Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with new hires and internal teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in an HR or onboarding role is a plus
• Proficiency in office software tools like MS Office is beneficial
