Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Onboarding Executive located in North East Khawdungsei. The Onboarding Executive will be responsible for managing new employee orientation processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating onboarding schedules, preparing necessary documentation, conducting training sessions, assisting with HR-related inquiries, and maintaining employee records. The goal is to ensure new employees feel welcomed and equipped for their roles from day one. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to conduct training and onboarding sessions Experience with HR documentation and record-keeping Interpersonal skills to effectively interact with new hires and internal teams Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Previous experience in an HR or onboarding role is a plus Proficiency in office software tools like MS Office is beneficial
