Sampathi Credits Private Limited looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated person who can join with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for newly onboarded MSME clients during the initial stages of their engagement.
• Collect, verify, and validate all required KYC and business documentation as per company and regulatory guidelines.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursal.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems (CRM, LMS, etc.).
• Educate clients about loan terms, repayment schedules, and company policies.
• Assist clients in completing onboarding forms, agreements, and digital onboarding platforms.
• Proactively identify and resolve any onboarding-related issues or bottlenecks.
• Ensure adherence to RBI and NBFC compliance standards throughout the onboarding process.
• Provide feedback to improve onboarding processes and customer satisfaction.
• Support periodic audits and internal reporting requirements.

Exciting incentives+petrol allowances will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
