Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Liens, Bankruptcy, Probate, QSF, Data & Investigation) to ensure smooth and timely project onboarding.
  • Ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance by completing onboarding-related tickets in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Perform deficiency checks and reporting for project onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain, update, and upload data across internal databases as required by operations teams.
  • Update system records, including data fields, document uploads, and document generation.
  • Support administrative and operational special projects as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

  • High attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy and quality
  • Demonstrates a high level of professionalism in all work interactions
  • Proficient in English verbal and written communication
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Moderate to advanced proficiency in

    SQL

    and

    Power BI

  • Proven experience participating in and supporting onshore/client-facing meetings
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills with excellent active listening abilities
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage time efficiently
