Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Onboarding Executive, located in Kolkata. The Onboarding Executive will be responsible for facilitating the smooth onboarding of new employees, ensuring that all necessary documentation and procedures are completed. Daily tasks include coordinating with other departments, assisting new hires with settling in, conducting orientation sessions, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role involves constant interaction with new employees and requires strong organizational and communication skills.
