Onboarding Executive

Position Overview:


As an Onboarding Executive (OBE), you will be responsible for driving acquisitions, onboarding outlets, and ensuring the seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management.Your role will involve handling escalations effectively, onboarding High CFT (>800,>500,>400)  accounts, and ensuring the proper implementation of starter packs with a focus on marketing and hygiene standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Newly hired on-field agent will be responsible for dedicatedly drive acquisitions based off a lead list.
  • Onboarding outlets as per the lead list shared
  • Ensuring seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management.
  • Bringing escalations to the notice of city and central teams wherever applicable.
  • Onboarding EANO and NRO accounts passed on by the City, Central and VAM team.
  • Handling onboarding escalations for their respective cities coming from Central/Website.
  • Ensuring proper starter pack ( marketing )is subscribed to the restaurant with proper hygiene

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales, onboarding, or account management roles within the [insert industry] sector is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
  • Adaptability and resilience to navigate challenges and drive success.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of the [insert industry] market and trends is an advantage.
  • The Hired Premium OBE should be equivalent to the caliber of an SM.
