🛠 Role Overview:

You’ll be the backbone of our procurement & production ecosystem. From raw material sourcing to third-party fabricators, your job is to keep vendor workflows sharp, timely, and cost-efficient.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a

  reliable vendor network

  for raw materials, packaging, fittings, etc.
• Ensure

  timely procurement

  of materials based on production timelines.
• Negotiate rates, lead times, and credit terms — keeping

  costs optimal

  without compromising on quality.
• Maintain a detailed

  vendor tracker

  , rate cards, and purchase records.
• Conduct periodic

  vendor performance reviews

  and explore alternate sourcing options.
• Work closely with production, accounts, and logistics teams to align daily operations.

👤 Who You Are:

• 2–4 years of experience in

  vendor management / procurement / supply chain

  (manufacturing or D2C preferred).
• Excellent negotiation skills and a

  problem-solving mindset

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  local sourcing

  in materials like glass, wood, metal, and hardware.
• Comfortable working on Excel / Google Sheets to maintain tracking dashboards.
• Proactive, on-the-ground hustler who can get things done when timelines shrink.

• Have worked with

  home décor, furniture, or interior brands

• Have an existing

  vendor network

  in Delhi NCR or surrounding industrial zones.
• Understand BOMs, MOQ negotiations, and supplier TATs inside-out.
