B2B Business Development Manager

🎯 What You’ll Own:

• End-to-end ownership of Artessa’s B2B pipeline — from

  lead generation to closing deals

• Build relationships with

  architects, interior designers, hotel groups, builders

  , and corporate clients
• Conduct

  virtual consultations

  , understand client needs, share catalogs & pricing
• Coordinate with the factory team for timelines, pricing, samples, and custom requirements
• Maintain and update CRM (or Google Sheets if early-stage) to track leads, follow-ups, and conversions
• Represent Artessa at exhibitions, trade shows, and B2B pop-ups if needed (offline, occasionally)
• Achieve monthly revenue targets, drive growth, and iterate fast based on feedback

👤 Ideal Candidate:

• 3–5 years in

  B2B sales or key account management

  — ideally in home decor, furniture, interiors, or architecture products
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Proven ability to

  close high-ticket B2B deals

  and manage multiple client conversations simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a

  remote, fast-paced startup environment

• Has a good eye for design and can align Artessa’s offerings with aesthetic client needs

• Already have a

  network of designers, studios, or hospitality clients

• Have worked in a D2C startup expanding into institutional sales
• Understand basics of

  project pricing, MOQ, samples, and lead times
