Quality Control Manager

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement end-to-end

  quality control systems

  for mirror and furniture production.
• Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and final output for

  accuracy, finish, durability

  , and compliance with Artessa standards.
• Collaborate with production, packaging, and logistics teams to

  resolve defects

  or inconsistencies.
• Maintain detailed

  QC documentation

  , SOPs, and daily reports.
• Continuously improve quality benchmarks through

  process audits and feedback loops

• Lead a small team of QC inspectors/labour if required.

👤 Who You Are:

• 3–5 years of experience in

  manufacturing quality control

  (home décor/furniture preferred).
• Deep understanding of

  finishing, material tolerance, measurements

  , and defect detection.
• Sharp eye for

  aesthetic details

  , polish quality, structural integrity, and packaging standards.
• Ability to work in a

  fast-paced, high-volume production environment

  .
• Strong communicator who can coordinate across teams and enforce high standards.

• Experience in

  mirror/glass handling

  , LED fixtures, or metal/wood finishing.
• Knowledge of

  Kaizen, Six Sigma

• Prior work in a
