Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspect

  modular furniture production, site installation & finishing quality.

• Conduct daily quality checks at

  factories, vendor units, and client sites.

• Ensure designs and finishes align with approved drawings & material specs.
• Maintain detailed QC reports and documentation for every project.
• Identify quality issues, suggest improvements, and ensure corrective action.
• Coordinate with the

  Design, Production, and Operations teams

  to maintain consistency.
• Implement

  standard quality protocols & checklists

  across all verticals.
• Support handover inspections and ensure client satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-4 years of experience in

  interior/modular furniture quality control or site supervision.

• Strong knowledge of

  materials, finishes, hardware & modular systems.

• Ability to read technical drawings and spot deviations.
• Excellent attention to detail & on-site communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach.
