Vendor Management Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for vendors.
Coordinate shipments, dispatches, and delivery schedules with vendors and logistics teams.
Follow up with vendors on pending orders, timelines, and shipment status.
Work with purchase, accounts, and operations teams to ensure vendor requirements are met.
Maintain vendor records, purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and related documentation.
Track vendor performance, delivery timelines, and compliance with company standards.
Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards using Excel.
Support the onboarding of new vendors and ensure compliance with company policies.
Assist in negotiations related to delivery timelines, costs, and requirements.
Ensure adherence to company processes and policies during the vendor management cycle.
Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in vendor coordination.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, Data Analysis).Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and vendor accounts.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
