Position Summary
Level: Senior Solution Advisor
Senior Solution Advisors are subject-matter experts and strategic leaders in encryption and PKI, driving technical architecture and transformation for major clients. The role focuses on shaping security frameworks, setting procedures, and leading solution delivery at scale. You will define best practices, set quality standards, and guide the team in complex problem-solving. This position demands deep technical proficiency, thought leadership, and high-level client engagement. It suits individuals ready to consult on future-focused security strategy, develop team competencies, and contribute to organizational thought leadership, while advocating innovative practices and ongoing process excellence across engagements.
Work you’ll do:
- Architect, review, and upgrade advanced encryption and PKI solutions for clients.
- Ensure clients achieve data protection objectives for both regulatory and business requirements.
- Resolve critical security incidents and technical escalations promptly.
- Mentor senior team members and provide advanced technical guidance.
- Consult on and shape long-term security strategy for clients.
- Represent the technical practice in direct client collaboration and industry events.
- Drive the development and adoption of new security methodologies and approaches.
- Conduct complex risk assessments for large-scale security environments.
- Guide implementation of emerging technologies within client organizations.
- Set and oversee internal governance standards for continuous improvement.
- Provide executive advisory services and thought leadership.
- Conduct market analysis to inform strategy and service offerings.
- Contribute to proposal development, positioning the organization as a cybersecurity leader.

D&DT solutions prioritize transparency, privacy, and the ethical use of data, assisting organizations in driving sustainable digital transformation. Our solutions assist organizations in meeting the shifting expectations of consumers and create unprecedented business opportunities. We help our clients to define their overall Data protection and Privacy strategy, design global, pan-enterprise programs that focus on mitigating threats, evaluate their objectives, priorities, strengths and weaknesses and roll out large scale organizational changes to achieve goals. Our services capture work across advice, implement, and operate solutions. The Data and Digital Trust team delivers services to clients through following key areas:
- Privacy Governance & Compliance
- Data Protection & Compliance
- Digital Trust & Online Protection
- Risk & Controls Enablement
- Technology & Implementation
Our Data and Digital Trust solutions are designed to allow organizations to address requirements stemming from the ever-changing regulatory landscape, consumer expectations, and technological transformations and advancements.
Qualifications:
Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- 7–9 years architecting and leading encryption/PKI transformations experience.
- Working knowledge of Encryption solutions like DigiCert TLM, Vormetric, Venafi, Keyfactor, AppviewX, Azure Key Vault, SandboxAQ, or HSMs.
- Have working minimum working experience of 7+ years on Implementing and securing Encryption solutions.
- Provide guidance in configuring, implementing, and upgrading Encryption Solutions.
- Candidate must have implemented the Encryption & PKI technologies & solutions for a client.
- Have hands on Unix/ Linux exposure.
- Ensuring availability of the Encryption tools.
- Preparing technical standard operating procedures for Encryption tools.
- Ongoing project management and relationship development to ensure the highest level of customer service.
- Responsible for day-to-day operations, ensuring that the implementation follows the agreed objective.
- Conducting workshops to highlight the project status and gather updates on expectation.
- Identify areas of continuous improvement and present recommendations to the client.
- Ensuring SLAs/SLOs/OLAs related to incident, change and service request are adhered.
- Communicate professionally and effectively at all organizational levels as well as externally with the customer.
- Demonstrated problem solving, critical thinking and logical structuring skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:
- Industry credentials (CISSP, Advanced Cryptography or PKI certification), Automation and Scripting Experience.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
