Assistant Manager - Test Manager & Reporting: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Operations & Support-Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited RPA

Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fulfil a dual role within our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Center of Excellence. This role combines the responsibilities of an RPA Test Manager focused on bot deployment with RPA Reporting duties supporting all relevant stakeholders.

As the RPA Test Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing and managing the testing lifecycle of RPA solutions, ensuring bot deployments meet quality standards before production. You will coordinate test design, execution, documentation, and sign-off activities in collaboration with product owners and the deployment manager.

In your Reporting capacity, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports that provide transparency and insight into RPA performance for stakeholders across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with deep expertise in RPA testing methodologies and advanced reporting capabilities.

Work You Will Do:

Test Manager Responsibilities

• Own and be accountable for setting up dashboarding and creating test templates (bot-specific and generic) during the design phase.
• Lead master script testing on RPA solutions in staging (QAT environment) and finalise all test documentation.
• Oversee the preparation of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) documentation and coordinate UAT execution and sign-off in partnership with deployment managers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Deployment Managers to ensure all test materials, data, and readiness documentation are prepared and validated for each phase.
• Monitor and manage stage gates to verify the solution functions as expected before deployment.
• Facilitate onboarding activities for new geographies in alignment with deployment plans.
• Reporting Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain RPA dashboards and reports tailored to stakeholder requirements, enabling data-driven decision making.
• Provide regular updates and insights on RPA performance metrics, bot efficiency, and testing outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance transparency and operational effectiveness.
• Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and successes to senior management and other key stakeholders to maintain transparency and align expectations.
• Cultivate continuous learning and skill development within the team to keep pace with evolving RPA technologies and methodologies.
• Diligently measure and report on key performance indicators and service level agreements to gauge efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in RPA testing lifecycle management and bot deployment processes.
• Proficiency in creating and managing test templates, scripts, and documentation aligned with DevOps and Agile methodologies.
• Advanced skills in data visualisation tools and dashboard creation to support reporting needs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and meet stringent deadlines.
• Familiarity with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is advantageous.
• Excellent organisational and time management capabilities.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Proficient in resolving operational challenges and making strategic decisions under pressure.
• Effective time management for task prioritization and workload management.
• Strong leadership skills to boost team productivity and motivation.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree / MBA with 5-6 years of relevant experience.
• Prior experience managing RPA testing and reporting functions within a Centre of Excellence or similar setting is preferred.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
